A three-storey school of 15 classrooms in Sagamu. I wrote the brief, took it through planning, and stayed with the substructure and the superstructure. A school is a building people inhabit every morning.
Mothercare building is a three-level structure designed to house spacious classrooms and ancillary spaces for primary school pupils. The design prioritises daylight, ventilation, and safe circulation for young learners.
The scope covered design, production of drawings, and project administration. Classroom planning, vertical circulation, and ancillary provision were developed around the daily routines and safety needs of a primary school.
