The Gemini Plaza is a mixed-use building designed to accommodate lettable offices and meeting rooms for the client. It responds to its urban context with a bold commercial frontage and flexible floor plates that support varied tenant requirements.
The scope spans design and production of drawings, construction administration, procurement, and materials selection. Concept development explored massing options to maximise street presence while maintaining buildable efficiency, with 3D visualisation supporting client decisions on facade treatment and tenant mix.
