The Cathedral Plaza is a three-level commercial building comprising lettable shops and offices with conveniences. The facade language draws on clean geometry and generous glazing to attract footfall and give the development a clear identity within Sagamu.
The scope spans design and production of drawings, construction administration, procurement, and materials selection. Design development included 3D rendering for stakeholder review and coordination of structural and services constraints.
