A single-storey rear extension at 24 Grebe Close in London, designed in 2020 from Nigeria with Spacevibes Limited. The planning application was granted. This is where I started learning a new planning culture, while still caring about light, layout, and the connection to the garden.
The Grebe Close project is a residential extension in London that adds well-considered living space to an existing home. The design works within UK planning and building requirements while improving the home’s layout, light, and connection to its garden.
As Architectural Designer, the work covered the extension design and roof works, coordinated through block plans and construction information, with attention to compliance and buildability.
