Purpose-built mechanic workshops within an ongoing mechanic village, organising automotive trades with supporting facilities.
The mechanic workshops were constructed as part of an ongoing mechanic village designed to accommodate the different auto-repair trades with supporting facilities. Each workshop comprises a lube bay, waiting area, offices, stores and conveniences.
The scope covered construction supervision and project administration. Site planning and workshop typology studies informed the layout, with close collaboration with tradespeople ensuring practical bay sizing, drainage, and access requirements were met on site.
