The CWO Estate is designed for a women's organisation to host their religious and social functions and also provide hostel accommodation. The project reflects a socially purposeful brief with attention to accessibility, safety, and long-term community value.
The scope spans design and production of drawings, construction administration, procurement, and materials selection. Programming workshops defined the mix of uses and spatial relationships, balancing privacy, community interaction, and operational efficiency.
